It’s JUNE + yes, we are calling in ALL the florals.
The beautiful [ + YES, groundbreaking ] thing about blooming? Like a radial flower, we are inherently solar in our form + we can serve as a symbolic proxy for the sun. Just like that of a sunflower, turning its face to track the sun’s path or the lotus opening with the rising of the sun + closing upon its setting … we have the innate ability to magnetically adjust to what we need as individuals. What makes us FEEL good, what turns us on, what brings us joy, what ignites us, what comforts us in rest + healing … whatever way you slice it, our bodies are a compass. So, this month, more than ever, changing direction where you need to, let that good sh*t beam in.
Of course, there’s symbolism + connecting to every tangible we bring into our spaces. It’s official, this season has us low-key obsessing over the beautiful complexity of the bloom. Whether you’re a picky-flower-arranging-control-freak like me + opt for single cut stems [in vintage vessels, of course] scattered throughout your home.
