What does it actually mean to FOLLOW YOUR HEART? How can we call it ALL back in, to light up the places + spaces where we spend our moments? ‘Home’ has been idealized sometimes even represented in a way that feels unattainable or ineffable. We often refer to the heart of the home as being one particular space that feels the MOST sacred. But why shouldn’t it ALL? IF we can really tap into the EXPERIENCE that everything we need can be nurtured + created, from the inside-out, while we may escape out-grow, or seek … we can ALWAYS return home.

This month, journey around your space + find a corner that needs a little love. Spend some time In mediation, move a piece of furniture, add some art, plug in some new light or create a mood board to ignite a plan you can phase, to make it feel more YOU.
